In order to deploy advanced technological solutions such as IoT devices and data analytics, the study examines approaches to improving energy efficiency and transportation systems. It also emphasizes the importance of innovative strategies for infrastructure design and management, including the integration of renewable energy sources and green building technologies. The study highlights the value of analyzing case studies and best practices in smart infrastructure investment to offer insights for urban planners and policymakers. Furthermore, it underscores the importance of staying informed about current trends in smart infrastructure investment to support long-term sustainability and economic prosperity in urban environments. The aim of this study is to provide practical insights toward the creation of smarter, more sustainable, and economically thriving cities. این پژوهش به بررسی روش‌ها و استراتژیها با هدف افزایش پایداری و توسعه اقتصادی شهرها از طریق سرمایهگذاری در زیرساخت‌‌های هوشمند ارائه‌‌شده در جهان می‌‌پردازد. به‌‌منظور پیاده‌سازی راهحلهای فناوری پیشرفته مانند دستگاههای IoT و تجزیه‌وتحلیل دادهها، راهکارهای بهبود بهره‌وری انرژی و حملونقل مورد بررسی قرار می‌‌گیرد. همچنین، بر اهمیت استراتژی‌‌های نوآورانه برای طراحی و مدیریت زیرساخت، ازجمله ادغام منابع انرژی تجدیدپذیر و فناوریهای ساختمان سبز، تأکید دارد. این پژوهش، ارزش تجزیه‌وتحلیل مطالعات موردی و بهترین شیوهها در سرمایهگذاری زیرساخت هوشمند را جهت ارائه بینش برای برنامه‌ریزان شهری و سیاست‌گذاران برجسته میکند. علاوه بر این، بر اهمیت آگاه ماندن از روندهای جاری در سرمایهگذاری زیرساختهای هوشمند برای حمایت از پایداری بلندمدت و رونق اقتصادی در شهرها تأکید میکند. هدف این مطالعه، ارائه بینشهای عملی با هدف ایجاد شهرهای هوشمندتر، پایدارتر و از نظر اقتصادی مرفه است. /downloadfilepdf/755049
