This process includes, among other things, the collection, transportation, treatment and disposal of waste with monitoring and regulation, as well as legal and regulatory frameworks related to waste management with recycling guidelines. On the other hand, waste management practices are not uniform between developed and developing countries, urban areas, rural areas, residential and industrial sectors. Paying attention to these differences can only be done through the use of a knowledge management system, and due to the complexity of this process and the multiplicity of roles and procedural rules, the use of new technologies is inevitable. Many researchers and industries are trying to find a solution to find a smarter way to manage waste pollution. In this article, intelligent waste management based on the Internet of Things is considered and explained as an underlying concept. In addition, the infrastructure of the smart city and the path to achieve the city of knowledge have been analyzed مدیریت پسماند به مجموعه فعالیت‌ها و اقدامات لازم برای ساماندهی پسماندها از مبدأ آن تا دفع نهایی گفته می‌شود. این فرایند علاوه بر موارد دیگر، جمع‌آوری، حمل‌ونقل، تصفیه و دفع زباله‌ها را نیز با نظارت و تنظیم و همچنین، چارچوب‌های قانونی و نظارتی مربوط به مدیریت پسماند دارای راهنمایی‌های مربوط به بازیافت را در بر می‌گیرد. از سوی دیگر، شیوه‌های مدیریت پسماند بین کشورهای توسعه‌یافته و درحال‌توسعه، مناطق شهری، مناطق روستایی، بخش‌های مسکونی و صنعتی یکنواخت نیست. توجه به این تفاوت‌ها تنها از طریق به‌کارگیری یک نظام مدیریت دانش قابل انجام است. با توجه به پیچیدگی این فرایند و چندگانگی نقش‌ها و قواعد فرایندی، کاربست فناوری‌های نوین اجتناب‌ناپذیر است. بسیاری از محققان و صنعتگران در تلاش¬اند تا راه¬حلی هوشمندانه‌تر برای مدیریت آلودگی زباله‌ها ایجاد کنند. در این مقاله، مدیریت هوشمند پسماند بر پایه اینترنت اشیاء به‌عنوان یک مفهوم زیربنایی مورد توجه قرار گرفته و تبیین شده است. همچنین، زیرساخت‌های شهر هوشمند و مسیر دستیابی به شهر دانش مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. /downloadfilepdf/67979
