It is evident that in a rapidly changing world, the future of graduates is increasingly dependent on AI-mediated work environments. The purpose of this research is to classify and describe the achievements of artificial intelligence in the higher education system. This research used a documentary and descriptive-analytical approach, studying available printed and electronic sources, including books, articles, and related websites, to examine the applications of artificial intelligence in higher education. The results of this study indicate that in the era of information and communication technology, social changes are as important as technological transformations, and AI is not just a subject for technological innovation but represents a fundamental change in the relationship between higher education and socio-economic benefits. Therefore, universities must establish strong policies and research programs to advance toward AI. Additionally, jobs and working methods may undergo fundamental changes. As a result, it is expected that universities will go beyond significant digital transformation to meet the needs of today’s generation by analyzing student performance, predicting student dropouts and employment outcomes, improving administrative performance, and ultimately evaluating university services. یکی از اهداف کلیدی دانشگاه‌ها، آماده‌سازی مدیران آینده برای فناوری‌هایی است که فعالیت‌های متعدد و متنوعی را بهینه می‌سازند. بدیهی است در جهانی که به‌سرعت در حال تغییر است، آینده فارغ‌التحصیلان به‌طور فزاینده‌‌ای به محیط‌‌های کاری با واسطه هوش مصنوعی وابسته است. هدف از این پژوهش، طبقه‌بندی و توصیف دستاوردهای حاصل از هوش مصنوعی در نظام آموزش عالی است. روش پژوهش حاضر، اسنادی و به‌صورت توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده که با مطالعه در منابع مکتوب چاپی و الکترونیکی موجود در این زمینه شامل کتب، مقالات و سایت‌‌های مرتبط، تلاش شده است کاربردهای هوش مصنوعی در آموزش عالی بررسی شود. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد، در عصر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، تغییرات اجتماعی به‌اندازه تحولات تکنولوژیکی مهم هستند و هوش مصنوعی، تنها یک موضوع برای نوآوری تکنولوژیکی نیست بلکه نشان‌دهنده تغییری اساسی در رابطه بین آموزش عالی و منافع اجتماعی-اقتصادی است؛ لذا، دانشگاه‌ها باید سیاست‌های قوی و برنامه‌های تحقیقاتی را تنظیم کنند تا به سمت هوش مصنوعی پیش بروند. همچنین، مشاغل و شیوه‌‌های کاری ممکن است به‌طور اساسی تغییر کنند. درنتیجه، انتظار می‌‌رود دانشگاه‌ها برای برآورده‌‌سازی خواسته‌های نسل امروز، با تحلیل عملکرد دانشجویان، پیش‌بینی میزان ترک تحصیل دانشجویان و اشتغال آنان، بهبود عملکرد اداری و درنهایت، ارزیابی و ارزشیابی خدمات دانشگاهی، از مرز تحول دیجیتال قابل‌توجهی عبور نمایند. /downloadfilepdf/419950
