A smart city is considered an urban innovation and transformation aimed at harnessing physical infrastructure, information and communication technology, knowledge resources, and social infrastructure for economic revitalization, social cohesion, better urban governance, and infrastructure management. The objective of this study is to investigate the impact of technological and human factors on smart city adoption. This research is applied in terms of objective and descriptive-survey in nature. The primary data collection tool was a questionnaire, and the statistical population consisted of managers and employees of Shahinshahr Municipality. To assess the validity of the questionnaire, content, convergent, and discriminant validities were examined, and Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability were used to evaluate reliability, which confirmed the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using SPSS and Smart PLS software. The findings indicate that factors such as relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, technology, technological competence, innovation, and internal expertise have a positive impact on smart city adoption. This investigation revealed that factors such as technological readiness, complexity, innovation, and relative advantage have a higher priority than other variables in influencing the adoption of smart cities. گسترش طرح شهرهای هوشمند در سراسر جهان بخشی از پاسخ استراتژیک دولت‌ها به چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های افزایش شهرنشینی و ظهور شهر به‌عنوان پیوند توسعۀ اجتماعی است. شهر هوشمند را می¬توان نوآوری و تحول شهری دانست که هدف از آن مهار زیرساخت‌های فیزیکی، فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، منابع دانش و زیرساخت‌های اجتماعی برای بازسازی اقتصادی، انسجام اجتماعی، ادارۀ بهتر شهر و مدیریت زیرساخت‌ها است. هدف از این مطالعه تأثیر فاکتورهای تکنولوژیکی و انسانی بر پذیرش شهر هوشمند است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت، توصیفی ـ پیمایشی است. ابزار اصلی جمع‌آوری داده‌های تحقیق، پرسش¬نامه بوده و جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش مدیران و کارکنان شهرداری شاهین‌شهر بودند. برای بررسی روایی پرسش¬نامه از روایی محتوایی، همگرا و واگرا و پایایی از معیار آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی استفاده شد؛ که روایی و پایایی پرسش¬نامه مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده¬ها از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS و Smart PLS استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که عواملی همچون مزیت نسبی، سازگاری، پیچیدگی، فناوری، صلاحیت فناوری، نوآوری و تخصص داخلی بر پذیرش شهر هوشمند تأثیر مثبتی دارند. این بررسی نشان داد که عواملی همچون آمادگی فناوری، پیچیدگی، نوآوری و مزیت نسبی از اولویت بالاتری نسبت به سایر متغیرها در جهت پذیرش شهر هوشمند برخوردار هستند. /downloadfilepdf/181697
